Wellness Through Winter

There are many ways to promote wellness during the winter months. As someone who has formal training in herbal medicine, here are a few tips that my family has done for several years. Although we still get sick, we have noticed our sickness is less often and less severe. Note: It takes some persistence and self-discipline.
